TO CONTINUE WITH ONLINE BANKING PLEASE PROVIDE THE INFORMATION REQUESTED BELOW,” and are asked to “CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY” by entering CONFIDENTIAL, detailed information contained on your credit card INCLUDING YOUR ATM PIN NUMBER, YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED!!!!! NEVER Provide ANY Information!
Fraudulent calls usually start on weekends when fraudsters know we are closed.
Please recognize that NAE Federal Credit Union will NEVER ask for your PIN and anytime someone does they are attempting a scam.

RETAIL STORE CLERK SCAM
MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AT THE CHECKOUT COUNTER!
Some cashiers are attempting to steal money from customers upon checkout by adding $20-$40 "cash back." The customer signs for the purchase, walks out of the store, and never realizes the extra cash add-on. The cashier then pockets the money. Once you have left a store it is difficult for you to prove you did not receive the cash back so please check your receipt before signing for the purchase!
