Using any touch-tone phone, you can access the following account information and special services:

  • All account balances (Share Draft, Clubs, Certificates and IRA's)
  • All loan balances (today's payoff, next payment account and due date)
  • Date of last payroll deduction posting and amount (Direct Deposit Inquiry)
  • Share Draft clearing by draft # (system will provide date of clearing and amount of draft)
  • Prior year's income tax information (dividends earned and interest paid)
  • Loan payment by share draft transfer
  • Share to share draft transfer

How to Use Voice Response

Call the Voice Response Unit by dialing the Credit Union at (757) 410-2000 and select it from the menu. From outside the South Hampton Roads area, call the Credit Union toll-free at 1-866-5NAEFCU (1-866-562-3328).
