Lost or Stolen Cards

Credit Cards

Has your VISA credit card been lost or stolen? If you have lost your VISA credit card or it has been stolen, please call 800-543-5073 and report your missing card.

If you suspect fraud on your account please report it to the number above immediately and contact NAE for any additional questions.

All cards reported lost or stolen will automatically have a new card issued by the credit union unless notified otherwise.

 

Debit Cards

Has your VISA debit card been lost or stolen? If you have lost your VISA debit card or it has been stolen, please call 800-472-3272 and report your missing card.

If you suspect fraud on your account please report it to the number above immediately and contact NAE for any additional questions.
