Privacy Policy

When you choose a financial institution, you expect, without a doubt, that your funds will be safe and secure. Which is probably one of the reasons why you chose N.A.E. And, you want to feel confident that ALL of your personal financial information is safeguarded. At N.A.E, we have the utmost respect for your financial privacy, and we always will.

The federal government passed a law requiring all financial institutions to disclose the information they collect and who they share it with. This document will serve as N.A.E's privacy notice. We pride ourselves in keeping your private financial matters just that - privateWe do not sell your individual information to outside vendors so we can make a profit, nor do we provide it to third parties not associated with the credit union for them to make a profit.   And, we take every precautionary measure to keep your financial data safe and sound within our operating system.

We do collect non-public personal information about you such as data you provide to us when applying for any N.A.E product or service, information regarding your transactions with us and our affiliates and information we receive from a consumer reporting agency. This same information might also be shared with companies that implement marketing services on our behalf or with other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. This information will only be shared if we think it will provide our members with improved quality service. And, we only work with companies that agree to safeguard and to limit the use of information we have provided.  We do NOT permit these companies to sell the information to other third parties.

Only when permitted by law will we disclose information about you.  Information such as data to process transactions on your behalf, conduct the operations of the Credit Union, follow your instructions as you have authorized and protect the security of your financial records. And, if you terminate your membership with the Credit Union, we will not share information we have collected about you, except as permitted by law.

N.A.E Federal Credit Union is committed to protecting the privacy of each member. Employees with access to personal information are required by the Credit Union's Bylaws to maintain the confidentiality of that information. We restrict access to personal information you have provided to employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.

N.A.E collects standard non-identifying information about visits to our site, such as date and time visited, IP address, city, state, and country. This information is used to compile standard statistics on site use.

Visitors to N.A.E Federal Credit Union's web site will remain anonymous unless you choose to provide personal information in order to apply for Credit Union membership or Credit Union products and services.  If you have provided personal identifying information on one of our application forms or by e-mail, the information will only be used to communicate with you to handle your request.  We may, from time to time, provide you with information on special loan or savings promotions. No personal information is sold or transferred to other parties.
