Voice Response Unit

Our Voice Response Service allows you to access your account using any touch-tone phone.

The following account information and special services are available:


  • All account balances (Share Draft, Clubs, Certificates and IRA's)
  • All loan balances (today's payoff, next payment account and due date)
  • Date of last payroll deduction posting and amount (Direct Deposit Inquiry)
  • Share Draft clearing by draft # (system will provide date of clearing and amount of draft)
  • Prior years income tax information (dividends earned and interest paid)
  • Loan payment by share draft transfer
  • Share to share draft transfer

The Voice Response Unit is available to you 24 hours a day, everyday.  Stop by the credit union to activate your access.

Using

Call the Voice Response Unit by dialing the credit union at (757) 410-2000 and selecting it from the menu. From outside the South Hampton Roads area, call the Credit Union toll-free at 1-866-5NAEFCU.
